Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Changes take effect when they are posted on our website. Your continued use of our websites or services after a revised Privacy Policy is posted means you accept the revised policy. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information from you when you fill out a form on one of our websites, register for a webinar, event, or call, subscribe to our newsletter, purchase a product or service, opt in to text messages, contact us with a question, or interact with us on social media. Our websites and service providers may automatically collect technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, the dates and times of your visits, and the website that referred you to us. This information may be collected through cookies, log files, and similar technologies, which are described in the Cookies and Tracking section below. This data generally does not identify you personally.

Financial Data

When you purchase a product or service from us, your payment is processed by third-party payment processors and sales platforms. We do not store your full credit card or bank account number on our own systems. Our payment and sales platforms may include:

We encourage you to review these providers’ privacy policies to understand how they handle your payment information.

Social Media Data

When you interact with us on social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, or X, we may see the public information on your profile and the content of messages or comments you send us. We may use tools that automate replies to comments and direct messages on our social media accounts. If you do not want us to see this information, please adjust your privacy settings on the relevant platform.

Other Data

From time to time you may provide additional information to enter a giveaway, complete a survey, submit a testimonial, or participate in a student success interview. It will be clear at the time what information is being requested and how it will be used. We will not publish your full name, photo, or exact words as a testimonial without your consent.

We may use AI-assisted software tools to help us draft communications, organize our records, and summarize inquiries. We do not use automated systems to make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects without human review.

SMS AND TEXT MESSAGING PROGRAM

This section describes how we handle your mobile phone number and your consent to receive text messages from us.

How You Opt In

You may opt in to receive text messages from UGC with Anna (A+ Socials and The 2 Hour Creator) by entering your mobile phone number in a form on one of our websites and checking the box that confirms you agree to receive text messages from us. Providing your phone number and checking the consent box is your express written consent to receive text messages from us at that number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Types of Messages You May Receive

If you opt in, you may receive the following types of messages from us:

  • Webinar, workshop, and event registration confirmations and reminders
  • Appointment and call confirmations and reminders
  • Service-related messages about your account, purchases, or coaching program
  • Replies to your questions and support inquiries
  • Marketing and promotional messages, including special offers, discounts, new product announcements, and educational updates

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on how you interact with us and which events or programs you have registered for. For example, you may receive several messages in the days surrounding a live webinar or event, and fewer messages at other times.

Message and Data Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to 732-226-1251 or reply “STOP” to any message we send you. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

How to Get Help

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].

COOKIES AND TRACKING

We may use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, understand how visitors use our websites, and measure the effectiveness of our marketing. Cookies are small files that a website transfers to your device through your web browser (if you allow it) so that the website’s systems can recognize your browser and remember certain information.

You can set your browser to warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or to turn off all cookies. Each browser is a little different, so check your browser’s Help menu to learn how to modify your cookie settings. If you disable cookies, some features of our websites may not function properly.

We may use third-party analytics and advertising tools, including Google Analytics, the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel, and the TikTok Pixel, to understand how visitors use our websites and to show relevant ads to people who have visited our websites. These tools use cookies and similar identifiers to collect information about your interactions with our websites and with ads. This information does not include your mobile phone number or your text messaging consent data.

LEGAL GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING YOUR DATA

We collect, use, and process your information on the following grounds:

  • Consent. You have given us consent to use your data for a specific purpose, such as sending you text messages or marketing emails. You may withdraw your consent at any time, though doing so may affect your ability to receive certain communications or services.
  • Performance of a contract. We need to process your data to deliver the products or services you have purchased from us.
  • Legitimate business interests. We process your data to communicate with you, improve our websites and offers, and provide the information or products you have requested.
  • Legal obligations. We process your data as required to comply with applicable law.

INTERNATIONAL DATA

Our websites and service providers are based in the United States of America. If you reside outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using our websites and providing us with your information, you consent to this transfer, storage, and processing. Please note that privacy laws in the United States may differ from those in your country. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

DATA RETENTION

We keep your personal information for as long as needed to serve you, run our business, and comply with our legal obligations, or until you ask us to delete it. For example, we keep the records of students and clients for as long as they have access to a program they purchased. Information we collect for a specific purpose, such as a giveaway or survey, is kept no longer than necessary for that purpose. We keep records of your text messaging opt-in and opt-out status so that we can honor your preferences.

When you ask us to delete your data, we will do so unless we are required by law to keep it. We cannot control the retention practices of third-party providers. If you want a third party to delete data we have shared with them, you may need to contact that provider directly. You may request from us a list of the providers with whom we have shared your data.

SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information. Our websites and service providers use secured networks, and payment information is encrypted and handled by our payment processors rather than stored on our own systems. Access to personal information is limited to people who need it to serve you and who are required to keep it confidential.

No method of transmitting or storing data is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security breach that affects your personal information and creates a serious risk to you, we will notify you by email within seven business days.

SENSITIVE DATA

Please do not send us sensitive personal information, such as Social Security numbers, health information, genetic data, or information about your ethnic origin, religious beliefs, or criminal history, whether through our forms, by email, by text message, or in public posts. If you do send us this type of information, you consent to our handling of it in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have the following rights regarding your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We may ask you to verify your identity before we act on your request.

  • Complaints. If you believe we have misused your data, you may file a complaint with us directly or with the appropriate regulatory authority.

EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

We collect your email address to send you the information, content, and updates you have requested, to respond to your inquiries, and to send you newsletters and marketing emails where you have opted in. In accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act, we will not use false or misleading subject lines or sender information, we will include our physical mailing address in every marketing email, and we will honor unsubscribe requests promptly. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of any email we send you or by emailing [email protected].

STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS

Some states, including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and New Jersey, give their residents additional rights over their personal information, such as the right to know what we have collected, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of the sale of personal information or targeted advertising. We extend these rights to everyone, not only to residents of those states. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We will not treat you differently for exercising your privacy rights. To make a request, email [email protected]. We may ask you to verify your identity, and we will respond within the timeframe required by the law that applies to you.
